The Foundation publishes a variety of materials, and information can be accessed below.

1. Policy Reports: Policy Reports cover a variety of important and timely issues in tobacco control, including smoking in movies and health expenditures from tobacco use.

2. First Look Reports: First Look Reports present results from Legacy’s surveys and studies and highlight specific tobacco-related topics.

3. Legacy-Sponsored Reports: Legacy has sponsored reports written by the Institute of Medicine (IOM), Milliman and the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC).

4. Tobacco as a Social Justice Issue: Dr. Cheryl Healton, President and CEO of the American Legacy Foundation, described the excess burden that tobacco places on society's poor and underserved populations and recommended ways to expand access to cessation services.
