As a 501(c)(3) public charity, Legacy relies on donations from individuals, corporations and other entities to continue our programs to reduce tobacco use among youth and adults. We believe a legacy isn’t something you leave behind when you die. It’s something you build every day that you live. Here are ways you can help us save lives with your own tobacco-free legacy:
Make a one-time tax deductible donation to Legacy or set up a monthly recurring gift. The money you provide will be put to work immediately to support our programs. You can also give in honor of someone whom has quit smoking or whom you want to protect from tobacco or in memory of someone whom has been lost to a tobacco-related disease.Donate now
Wills and Planned Giving
Ensure our lifesaving work continues by naming Legacy in your will or as a beneficiary of your IRA, retirement plan, investment account or life insurance policy. Or consider naming Legacy as a grantee of your Donor Advised Fund. For a variety of planned gift options to benefit Legacy, please see our Planned Giving Brochure and speak with your financial advisor about what is best for you. Email us at email@example.com for more information.
