The American Legacy Foundation (“Legacy”) provides the websites www.legacyforhealth.org and www.mylegacystory.org ("the sites") under the following conditions, which may be amended from time to time. Your use of either site constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Medical Disclaimer
The information on the sites is provided for the general purpose of furthering Legacy’s mission of creating a world where young people reject tobacco and anyone can quit.  It does not constitute medical advice.  The sites are not used to make diagnoses, prescribe medicine or provide treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultations with qualified health professionals who are familiar with your individual medical needs. 

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Legacy owns all legal right, title and interest in the sites, including any intellectual property rights.  All such intellectual property, including all registered service marks of the American Legacy Foundation, may not be used without Legacy’s written consent.

You, not Legacy, are legally responsible for material you post on the site(s).  You agree to post only content to which you own the copyright or have express permission from the copyright owner to post.  You agree not to post any material that would violate or infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
