Senior Vice President, Development & Chief Development Officer
Robin Kornhaber is the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Legacy. She joined the Foundation in April 2008.
Prior to working at the Foundation, Kornhaber held the position of Senior Vice President, Patient Services at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in New York City. In this role, she was responsible for the strategy and oversight of all financial and human resources dedicated to the national implementation of services for patients. In her 13 years at the Society, the patient services programs expanded to include an award-winning Web site, a co-pay program, 68 chapter sites that provide grassroots programming, and national teleconferences and Webcasts. Robin increased the support for services through pharmaceutical and foundation funding. In addition to her role as Senior Vice President, she previously held the positions of Vice President, Field Development and National Director.
Robin also was the Director of Services and Volunteer Development at the New York City Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and a Senior Program Officer with the Association for Voluntary Surgical Contraception.
Robin holds a master’s of social work degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work and a bachelor of arts from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
